1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Nexplay AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Lexara AI ("Lexara AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at lexarai.com, including the demo chatbot embedded on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this website.
2. About us
Lexara AI is an AI-powered intake solution designed for law firms. The website at lexarai.com is operated by Nexplay AI LLC. Our principal place of business is in Florida, United States. You can contact us at erika@lexarai.com.
3. What this website offers
The lexarai.com website provides:
- Information about Lexara AI's products and services for law firms;
- A public demonstration chatbot that illustrates how a deployed Lexara AI bot would behave on a law firm's website;
- A contact form for prospective clients to request information; and
- Background information about the founder, Erika Nagy, and our company.
The website does not itself provide legal services. Engagement of Lexara AI as a service provider requires a separate written Service Agreement.
4. We are not a law firm
Although Lexara AI was founded by an attorney admitted in New York, Florida, and Washington, D.C., the founder does not represent visitors to lexarai.com in any legal capacity through the website. If you need legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
5. The public demo chatbot
The chatbot embedded on lexarai.com is a public demonstration of our product. It exists so prospective law firm clients can preview what a Lexara AI intake bot looks and feels like.
The demo chatbot:
- Is not a real intake for any actual law firm;
- Does not connect you to a lawyer;
- Does not create any client relationship of any kind;
- Should not be used to share confidential, sensitive, privileged, or personally identifying details about your legal matter; and
- May produce responses generated by AI that are inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
If you need urgent legal help or are in a life-threatening emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed attorney directly. Do not rely on the demo chatbot.
6. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful, personal, professional, and informational purposes related to evaluating Lexara AI's services. You may share publicly available links to lexarai.com.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the website or demo chatbot in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or rule of professional conduct;
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or that infringes another party's rights;
- Attempt to extract, harvest, scrape, or replicate the chatbot's outputs in bulk for commercial purposes;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying source code, models, or training data of any component of the website;
- Submit malicious code, attempt to bypass security measures, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the operation of the website;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Use the demo chatbot to seek confidential legal advice or to submit privileged or sensitive personal data; or
- Use the website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it or interfere with any other party's use.
8. Intellectual property
All content on lexarai.com — including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, software, the "Lexara AI" name and logo, and the design, structure, and selection of content — is owned by Nexplay AI LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the website for the purposes described in these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the website without our prior written consent.
9. Information you submit
If you submit information through our contact form, by email, or through the demo chatbot, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You grant Lexara AI a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information solely as needed to respond to you, evaluate prospective business, improve our services, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit confidential, privileged, or sensitive personal information through the website or demo chatbot.
10. Third-party services
The website incorporates services from third parties, including Cloudflare (hosting and security), Botpress (chatbot platform), Anthropic (AI model), Formspree (form delivery), and Google Fonts (typography). These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their services.
The website may also link to third-party websites for informational purposes. We do not endorse and are not responsible for those websites or their content.
11. Disclaimers
THE WEBSITE AND THE DEMO CHATBOT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXPLAY AI LLC AND LEXARA AI DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE INFORMATION OR AI-GENERATED RESPONSES ON THE WEBSITE ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR HALLUCINATIONS AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR ANY PURPOSE WITHOUT INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXPLAY AI LLC, LEXARA AI, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR DEMO CHATBOT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100.00).

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without liability.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the website are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any action permitted under Section 16 below shall be the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
16. Dispute resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at erika@lexarai.com with a written description of the dispute and to allow us thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve it informally and in good faith.
If informal resolution fails, any unresolved dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Florida as set out in Section 15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
17. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website and supersede any prior agreements on the subject.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
