What the program is
Lexara AI Text Alerts are short notices that Nexplay AI LLC, doing business as Lexara AI ("we," "us," or "our"), sends to staff of law firms on our Premium plan when a visitor completes an intake on the firm’s website. The full intake record goes to the firm by email; the alert tells the recipient that it has arrived. Alerts are sent by text message and, where the recipient chooses, by WhatsApp. We send no marketing messages.
Who receives alerts
Only members of a law firm’s staff who agree to the consent statement below receive alerts. They sign up on our online form at lexarai.com/text-alerts-signup, or the firm lists them on our Premium onboarding form and they sign it there. We never send alerts to website visitors or to the public.
What an alert says
Each alert gives the type of matter and whether it is urgent, and nothing else. It never includes the visitor’s name, contact details or any facts, because a phone’s lock screen is not confidential. For example:
How often
About one message per new website inquiry for the recipient’s firm. Frequency varies with the number of inquiries. A recipient may choose to receive alerts for urgent inquiries only. When a number is added, we send one confirmation message.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to the recipient’s mobile plan. We do not charge recipients for alerts.
Help and opting out
- Reply HELP to any text alert for our contact details.
- Reply STOP to stop text alerts. You will receive one message confirming that you have opted out, and no further alerts.
- Reply START to resume text alerts.
- To stop WhatsApp alerts, or for any other question, email support@lexarai.com.
Other replies to an alert are not read. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them.
