Why a 3-month minimum?
Intake patterns are not a one-week story — you need a real window to see leads come through, especially after hours and on weekends. Three months is enough to genuinely judge the value. After that it is month-to-month, cancellable with 30 days' written notice.
Is there a setup fee?
The first ten firms pay no setup fee as part of our founding offer — typically a $500–$2,000 saving versus comparable services.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly, in advance, handled securely through Stripe. You can pay by card or bank transfer (ACH).
What happens after I subscribe?
If you have completed a demo and signed your service agreement, subscribing starts your plan and we begin onboarding — your bot is typically live within about 48 hours. If you have not had a demo yet, the best first step is to book one; we will get your agreement in place before any billing begins.
Can I switch between Standard and Premium?
Yes. Upgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — just email billing@lexarai.com. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after 60 days’ written notice, per your service agreement.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Use the Manage Subscription portal (also linked in the footer) to update payment methods and view invoices. To change plans or cancel, email billing@lexarai.com — cancellation takes effect per the written-notice process in your service agreement, and we confirm every request.
